About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Hristov is an AHPRA endorsed Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years as a registered nurse. She is currently practicing in the clinical fields of gastroenterology/endoscopy and aesthetics medicine. With her advanced education, extensive clinical experience, and commitment to patient-cantered care, she has become a respected expert in the field.
Academically she holds post graduate qualifications (Master’s Degree) in Public Health and Nursing. Post graduate qualifications in Gastroenterology/Endoscopy with the University of Hull, United Kingdom. Post graduate Certificate in Skin Science including Anti-aging injectables with the Cosmetic Institute of Austria, Melbourne Australia.
In 2019 she took on further education with SCOPE (Strategic Centre for Obesity Professional Education), and Australian College of Nutrition and Environmental Medicine. Elizabeth’s expertise lies in the non-surgical management of obesity. She provides evidence-based approaches, including dietary counselling, exercise recommendations, behavioural modifications, and medication management, to help individuals achieve sustainable weight loss and improve their overall health.
